Window issues

I have three windows with breached seals and I need to contact Maracay to have them replaced by the manufacturer. There are no tags on the windows for who manufactured them.

Moisture intrusion issue on foundation

We purchased our Maracay home in Peoria AZ 2018 and moved in 2019 (lot 1016). I noticed last week that small chunks of concrete were coming up from around the bottom of an outside bedroom door Not being a concrete expert it appears to me that the concrete was not "set" and was painted over before being allowed to cure. Also not sure how far into the pad this goes. Can you help recommend next steps in resolving this issie.

Some tile work that needs repair

We own a maracay home on lot 576 in Victory at Verrado, in Buckeye. We have noticed a deteriorization of the tile ledge at the bottom of our outdoor fireplace in our home. Because of improper installation at the beginning we noticed a considerable amount of space between the top ledge and the bottom ledge of the tile thus there is now a 1/2 inch gap that shows the tile was not put on right to begin with. Would it be possible for your representative to come by to see what we can do to remedy this situation. Linda Carrasco

We bought a new home in Orange County, Ca from Tri Pointe. The floor plan and location are great. The quality of craftsmanship followed by the customer service is awful. We have been in our home over 8 months and have put in over 20 service requests. Items not properly installed include tile flooring being layed unevenly, installing broken cabinets with poor patch jobs, light switches and electrical upgrades being placed in the wrong spot, water in electrical conduit and issues with paint. The customer service experience has been extremely stressful and disheartening. The contractors they have hired to "fix" things have done mediocre work, and in one instance did not fix the problem but did manage to chip our quartz kitchen countertop.

I hear you! Same experience in Orange County.

Lots of service requests, some minor, some major. No quality control over subcontractors - industry norm, no different than other cheap builders. Few things, like squeaking subfloors, we are leaving alone - do not want to lift and cut carpet.

Kitchen cabinets are beyond cheap - pressed particle board - vendor tried cover up - still cracking, but because 1 year warranty is up for fit and finish - no action. We would not have bought if we knew how many times they would have to come back - first year almost weekly, not exaggerating.
